What most likely happened is that the email account you were sent the money to is not the same one that you have registered with your bank account. You should be able to add/update your email and it will sync up. If you check and the email addresses are the same, I would call their customer service.
Thanks, but the email addys are the same. I also downloaded the apps for Zelle and my bank to my phone, but shit still is not working. I pressed every button, looked at every option...I am going to the bank Monday, fuck this shit. I will instruct Daddy to send a check next time I need gibs.
The bank knows just about as much as you about the app since it is a shared app between all of the larger banks. Trust me on this one, call the customer service number and they'll get it sorted out. They'll be able to see the attempted transfer and it will have some type of flag indicating what is wrong. Going to the bank will be a waste of your time and theirs.
