I got an email, saying Daddy had sent me x$ with Zelle. Clicked the link, it said to find my bank among the list of banks. I did (on laptop), clicked the button to my bank, signed into my account, then...what? It says nothing about Zelle or what to do next. Incredibly frustrating. And of course the bank is closed til Monday..I did the procedure 20 times, same result. I tried Zelle phone support, the bot only has suggestions for everything other than my problem.

What most likely happened is that the email account you were sent the money to is not the same one that you have registered with your bank account. You should be able to add/update your email and it will sync up. If you check and the email addresses are the same, I would call their customer service.

Thanks, but the email addys are the same. I also downloaded the apps for Zelle and my bank to my phone, but shit still is not working. I pressed every button, looked at every option...I am going to the bank Monday, fuck this shit. I will instruct Daddy to send a check next time I need gibs.

The bank knows just about as much as you about the app since it is a shared app between all of the larger banks. Trust me on this one, call the customer service number and they'll get it sorted out. They'll be able to see the attempted transfer and it will have some type of flag indicating what is wrong. Going to the bank will be a waste of your time and theirs.

Contact our bank adhave yem do it for you. Most banks can wire zelle into your acount

My bank is a Zelle partner. I am going there Monday, as if I have nothing else to do, sheeeeeit.

If your bank is on the zelle list it should go right into your account without you doing anything. Also having down syndrome and a dick in your ass doesn't help.

My bank is on the list. As for the Down syndrome, that's not my fault, right? Dick in the ass is a common side effect, albeit not unpleasant.
