Shaving cream is a total rip off. They put all kinds of shit in there for it to spray out as a foam. Buy a tub of shave soap that is like a very very thick cream. No shit, 1 tub has lasted me 2-3 years and just about to finish it off (I don't shave every day though). And ditch those fucking loser razors. Get a quality (German) double edged safety razor and some feather (Japanese) razor blades. You will have the best shave of your life (after a few bloody trials because the feathers are so damn sharp) and you will save TONS of money. Blades are pennies each and last a long time if rinsed and dried. If you want to go all in, get a shave brush and real shave soap (hard like bar soap) and do it pro. For me I did it, but a lot more work than just using the old timey shave cream with a double edge safety razor. Edit : Just checked. The one I'm using is called "Taylor of Old Bond Street" Sandalwood shave cream. Made in England. More like a very thick paste. Lather up a bit and thicker / better than any canned shaving cream. Been using this 1 tub for at least two years. I shave 1-2 times a week.
