What's up with this weird delay in submitting comments? It's only been there for a day or two, but it's annoying. It doesn't seem to be accurately tied into a timer.
Fearless leaders of Poal, when I submit comments I do it in a burst. Maybe fifteen or twenty comments in the space of a few minutes. Then I'm off doing something else for hours of the day. I don't need some navy-blue bar telling me to slow down. I don't need to slow down, I need to be allowed to submit my comments without being harassed.
