I try to do 30-60 minutes every day.
I have no life and exercise for longer than 1 hour every day.
I exercise every other day.
I exercise my jaw when I eat, fatphobe!
Does masturbation count? If yes, I put in 3 hours a day minimum.
Exercise is a jewish psy-op. Gotta wait around and trust the plan, man.
Fuck You!

I work out between 2.5 and 3 hours every 3 days. I've found that 2 days in-between work outs enable the body to fully recover from the last work out. Also, if you know you don't have to work out again for 2 days, you'll find yourself looking forward to the work out, rather than considering it a chore. And knowing you have 2 full days to recover, you can put maximum effort into each work out.

I do less workout more often. An hour a day, 5 days a week, Saturday's optional outside fun day. Weights every other day, cardio on "off" days. Add in some body weight exercises to balance out anything that's been missed and I think that's good.

Everybody's physiology is different, so what works for one person, might not work for another person. Also, people have to accommodate their workouts for their work. If you do heavy construction 6 days a week, your workout needs will be different than if you're working in an office 5 days a week. Sounds like if you're able to maintain that workout you're doing throughout your life, you'll have health and the strength and stamina to deal with what ever life throws at you. And the way things are going in this world now, it's important to be prepared for any contingency. Continuity of effort is the key to any work out. Peace out.

45 minutes every morning M-F then my job has some physical work. Weekend's are yard work or working on the cars.

My lifestyle has exercise built in.

1- 2 hours every other day. Walking 2 dogs every day (sometimes twice) is my cardio. Sieg Heil!

I voted it because it amuses me. I'm realistically in catagory 3

Lol, hence the option to pick it. After all the crazy shit I’ve seen people say, I wouldn’t be surprised.

I wish I exercised less.

Yeah. Doesn't your muscles "itch" if you go a day or two without? They're like move me!

I have a very physical job, probably one of the worst outside of professional athlete or deployed infantrymen. Makes going to the gym real hard. I still do it, but I gotta eat a lot or else I feel like shit all the time.

That is hard! I admire your grit. Mine is physical and I so to the gym so it becomes easier to lift, carry, perform. It bites but so very worth it.

I do work out, but not enough. I watch what I eat and drink water 90% of the time so I dont balloon into a ball of blubber

But I need to work out more

Twice a day, light cardio first thing, then heavy weights in the afternoon. Moon-Friday.

About 30 minutes. I only have dumbbells and a bench at the moment, so it doesn't take long to complete my workouts. On weekends, I do cardio and ride my bicycle for at least 40 minutes. My job (IT) can be heavily demanding but it isn't consistent.
