Seriously, i try to help the poor when i can, but so many of them come off as horribly entitled. A lot of times, they aren't even poor due to any real reason, except for complete abject stupidity. The types who spend all their money in one day, dont think before they speak, intentionally put themselves in supremely terrible situations, knowingly hang out with high risk individuals. If these people just learned some basic patience and manners, and actually got a job, most wouldnt be that poor anymore.

That is not to say some poor people aren't poor due to tragedy, but most, if not a majority, can easily get out of their hole, ESPECIALLY the niggers, and women. The entire world caters to you, and yet you're still too stupid and incapable to get a leg up, like how much MORE help can one give these people before they throw up the table and just say screw it

Because they are constantly enabled, they expect everybody else to satisfy their needs and wants. I live in a small town, a block from the volunteer fire department. About every 2 weeks a semi with a 40ft trailer (with no markings) arrives as a 'mobile food bank'. They announce it on the local Facebook page, and fliers around town with dates of give-aways. People drive up and volunteers unload the trailer with boxes of food and put them in the trunks and back seats of cars. I've been here 8 months, and I have never seen anyone walk up to the food bank to get free food, yet. Most of the cars are alot nicer than my 1997 pickup.

Or at least go on welfare or do something. But no, these people just expect EVERYONE else to fix their problems for them. Ironically these same people would be the first to screw you over when they get out of their "rut", thinking they did it themselves without the help of others. I've seen it happen way too many times

Can White homeless guys get welfare?

BIL has his own insurance agency. Found out someone got a ham from our mobile food bank and went and grabbed a big box from them. He has 40 acres, bother he and his wife have $40k+ cars and they make six figures combined, and he still thought he was entitled to the free food.

The wife asked if we should go over and get some the first time we saw it. We're old and get social security. I told told her at the time that it's supposed to be for people who need it more than we do. I don't know where it comes from, but if it doesn't all get handed out it gets trashed.

Participation trophies. They are entitled to get a trophy and the same reward no matter the results just like everyone else.

They are entitled to a kick in the nuts, just like all the rest of us.

Handing out money to the homeless has been pretty conclusively shown to not help, in fact it tends to aggravate the situation because begging becomes that person's job. Social programmes, though universally flawed, are the best way to commit your money or time if you want to help.

We've all heard the stories of the pregnant teen who turned her life around after some kindly soul bought her a meal and bus ticket back home. We want to be that person should that situation arise, not to show off but because most people genuinely want to help. But those situations are rare.

Usually the person is on the street not because they want to be there but because circumstances have conspired to put them there and assuming they aren't mentally ill it is possible to get yourself back off the street... BUT you have to want to. And giving money to beggars is not incentive to do that.

It continues because it's the only way the Democrats can stay in power.

I've said it before, I'll say it again -- we need to stop feeding them. When we do that, the problem will solve itself.

I think blaming the poor for societies ill has to be the lowest IQ argument there is. Now blaming niggers, yeah that's valid.

[–] 1 pt

I think the argument may be a little obscure. Im mostly referring to crack heads, niggers, and Mexicans. The type who knowingly go out of their way to take the 5$ you give them, and complain its not 10$. The ones who complain incessantly the world is out to get them, and that they are kept down, when they keep buying a pack of cigarettes a day.

It started with the New Deal, progressed with the Great Society and metastasized into the malignant tumor it now is during the Clinton, W, and Obama administrations.

In conjunction with several decades of miseducation of our minorities and SJWs, the cancer is now primed to kill the host.

When beggars become choosers.

There's a group of 3-4 homeless guys that hang out on a grass strip around 1/2 mile from my home. Sometimes I buy 6-8 McDoubles and drive over to where they're at to hand them out. They have never been anything but very grateful.
