I mean we could stop subsidizing the shitiest foods with corn and sugar, the shittiest restaurants with welfare for their workers, and repeal shitty zoning laws that make suberbs unwalkable sprawling strip malls and townhomes and it would cost no money.

Oh and end section 8, it is prime real eastate in walkable parts of cities that becomes crime infested and full of people who are unemployed or underemployed.
