My mother's vehicle was broken into. Charge it up and then drop his phone and items in an spot near an elementary school playground early in the morning before the kids arrive and then call in a suspicious person to the police the next afternoon during recess. Cops show up and find his items. Cops don't take kindly to pedos jerking off to the neighborhood kids. Remember that cameras are everywhere so hide your identity.
