Preferably something historical but doesn’t have to be. Just can’t be kosher.

My favourite has to be Myth of the 20th century, then FTN & The Third Rail when they do focused specials or deep dives.

Thanks, I’ll check that out. I just look for stuff I can put on my phone to listen to at work. I’m sure there’s a way to turn it into a file but I’ll figure it out. Does he happen to cover or tilize any of Fomenkos work?

I’m sure there’s a way to turn it into a file but I’ll figure it out.

Youtube video downloader (or whatever video downloader you like).

Download VLC. Install VLC. Open VLC. Ctrl+r. Click "Add" button. Add your video(s). Click dropdown button to convert/save. Set "profile" (middle of popup) to "Audio - MP3". Click "browse" to set a save path (unless doing multiple files, then it will save within the same folder you got them). Click "Start" and enjoy.

Does he happen to cover or tilize any of Fomenkos work?

No. Part of what takes him so long between episodes is that he does original work. He specifically tells you how he goes about it in, uhhhhh, episode one or two IIRC. Basically he finds original sources wherever possible and he sees history as following the story of a peoples instead of a land area (the currently accepted method).

Thanks, I appreciate that help. I only listen to podcast files on my phone while I work, but I’ll figure out the mobile way. I’ve used some primitive versions before that were really clunky to use and only played while the screen was open, so it wasn’t worth it.
