What do you think about the nukes are fake folks
I could see the cold war as being the same fear mongering as corona or post 9/11 anthrax bomb etc.
I can see a mutually beneficial fake cold war, but not fake nukes
I can't make up my mind about that one.
Nukes do seem fake and gay. Japan recovered in a few decades from something we're told would take centuries-millenia. But nukes would seem to follow with nuclear energy which is clearly a thing.
I neither believe nor disbelieve and I know how that makes me look but I truly don't care.

You probably don't know the linear exposure model (linear no threshold) is known invalid. Yet it remains steadfast in use. This is likely the origin of your confusion.
What I know is what I've been told. I'm not a nuclear engineer or physicist of any variety who would deal in such areas. But I clearly remember how a nuke would RUIN an area "for generations" due to radiation.
Nothing to do with the explosion (the force, heat, or fire).
Gotta figure how quickly japan developed after ending isolation. Destroyed the russian navy in one of the worst naval battles at the turn of the century
I was on the fence until I saw the vids of the Beirut nuke. That was real af.
