Don't underestimate trt though. I talked to a F to M and she told me her blood test show her testosterone at "800" when normal adult levels are at 240-950. That means that is she lifts regularly for a couple years she'll be jacked on a level that borderlines natural looking.

Biological males have a prostate gland. Biological females dont.

To truly transition then men to women need their entire penis, testicles and prostate removed as well as their Adams apple.

To truly transition from a woman to man you need the breasts removed, facial hair, no vagina, uterus or fellopian tubes.

Nah, it really isn't. Scientific biology tells you that you can mimic and roleplay all you want, but it is impossible to fully transition to the only other gender-alternative, than the one you're created as.

There are two biological genders: male and female. Besides those, there exists a mutation called a hermaphrodite, which really is not a gender.. conceptions of alternate genders (identities) are notions, ideas and mental illnesses..
