Why is everybody freaking out about this disease when the death rates are so low? Why are people so obsessed with the idea of telling others to wear masks?

I'm pretty sure I'm completely right. Covid-19 is a bad flu. I just feel like the last sane person in the world. Let me put it to you this way the odds that I'm in a simulation have never been higher.

I really just share no reality with the vast majority of these fucking people. That is because I live in reality and they do not. Yet they're so rudely convinced that they're right it's just an astonishing display of ego beyond anything I would have ever expected to see in my worst nightmare.

It helps to ration information and step away for a while. Reading news updates all day will surely make one go insane. Checking in on current events only once every 2 days makes a phenomenal difference. Also staying physically active away from all electronic devices. Then work on recognizing anger right when it starts so you can stop it short and change the behavior.

Another great tool is EMDR. If you can find a guided EMDR video or app you will absolutely witness your anxiety reducing as you go through it. Even 10-minutes. I haven't had a single 10-minute EMDR session that didn't result in anxiety reduction. Sometimes I do it twice, but every time it works. I'm sure if more people knew about EMDR, anti-depressant sales would reduce.
