Correct. I think most people asking that question are really asking if it could be be built in the amount of time egyptologists say they were built.

Modern technology build built the burj khalifa, and you're asking if we could stack some rocks?

The reason people say we "couldn't build the pyramids" is because our technology isn't geared towards stacking rocks. Without a doubt someone could create such a technology, but it doesn't exist at this moment. Raw manpower could be used in place of technology, but we've moved beyond that.

Pyramids are made of a concrete. They actually just poured the 'stones'.
