The cost of nigger insurance would depend on the demographics. Some cities would be too expensive to have it. No nigger insurance in Detroit. Some sex and age classes would be expensive -- teenage males for example. Niggers could not buy nigger insurance for themselves -- it would be too expensive. But if you were a Mormon in Salk Lake City, it would be cheap.
