I was on the road and made the original post while I was gassing up without thinking about it too much, which was why it was so vague. I know if someone asks me to build an 8x8 shed with gables and a door, I'll charge a certain amount. Past a certain point, I'm clueless. Which is where I am. What did you draw that up on, if you mind me asking? This building thing is so deep. There are so many considerations, I try to build things that make the client happy but are simple enough that I can do while still learning a bit. I'm going to google this, obviously, but are there any resources for free blueprints that you guys recommend?
