idunno, seems like a dick implant would be simpler just use a dick that some fuckup paid to remove, i mean, a dick has pretty unique spongey tissue so theyd have to use a dick no matter what and im sure with all the effort these things go through to subvert nature they can get the prostrate and testicles as well.

issue is, you're trying to connect a dick to a body which never had one to begin with (#bornthisway).
the nerve endings aren't there. you can remove a dick and balls from a male, but you can't so easily connect it to a female.
