What that means, I don't know. I honestly haven't been following the Q stuff as closely as others. What this DOES verify is that here are legitimate breadcrumbs being put out by people in federal agencies. My hot take, though, is when has anyone EVER been able to trust the federal government or alphabet agency smoke and mirrors? I think Q is a psyop designed to waste the time of people based enough to reject the official story but stupid enough to believe the word of 'government insiders'.
Another point of note is one can just run it through a brainless cryptogram solver? This was meant for relatively normal people to be able to solve.
The problem, is if we disregard Q, there's going to be weird shit going on under people's noses. Trusting the Q shit isn't an option. At the very least, ARCHIVE. Archival should be the top of any info seeker's priority. Analyzing the motives of stuff like this will take a long time and legit whistleblowers or hacked data to prove anything. The most useful thing one can do is collect and verify information on their own.
