We still have really good relationship but boomers aren’t able to be reprogrammed. It takes time. I finally got to him when I asked him why we are at war with Iran when they are the only country in the Middle East to support Jews. And that had his gears turning since he had no idea that Iran allows Jews to serve in their congress and protects the Jewish minority.
You have to learn rhetoric and which verbal tricks to use.
