You know, I haven't, and I admit I really should. I do hear good things about parts of Mexico. But I worry now about the cartels and all of the other bullshit coming from there. Got any pointers?

On YouTube, there are many Expat channels, and more started everyday. Especially with the influx of new ones arriving. It is great on personal freedoms, and I enjoy that. However, with more freedom comes more potential danger, so, trade off.... And as far as the reputation, it's from our media, so I think that should settle most doubts.
