As a matter of fact, I am currently working on a project right now. In the waiting game stage right now. I recently bought several lots in a small town, and everything is riding on what some faggot "Soil Engineers" and the county have to say before I can proceed. This part of the process absolutely SUCKS, but this is the world we live in.

Yeup, I'm looking at 5 acres tomorrow in the country. It's mostly wooded but I plan on knocking down most of the trees (not all) and starting my homestead there.
