A private company devoted to selective white breeding for excellence would be a good idea. All that would be required would be to give perks to whites for getting married to selected partners, and having children with them. The difficulty with such a program is the length of a human generation. Such an organization would need to be stable enough to persist for ten generations or more. That's at least a couple of centuries. Human organizations seldom last that long. If the Third Reich had actually lasted a thousand years, such a breeding program might have been possible.

I think it could go faster than that. Say every male gets 3 females and at least one child per wife. That's 3 children say X 10 men = 30 children. Law of averages say half boys and half girls. Assuming we define a generation at 18 to 20 years, offspring can happen at a pretty quick rate. Now of course I would hope the first round could be one thousand men/three thousand women with the hopes of more over time.
One thing to consider of course is QUALITY over quanity. There are far too many white troublemakers. Liberals, faggots, professional welfare parasites, etc. Women will be the most difficult to screen, ironically. Too many of them are liberal and the ones who are not are older, inserting genetic challenges.
I wouldn't be openly advertising. That would get it shutdown fast. I would expect some kind of research institute type of set up focusing on genetics or something like that where it buys data from government, NGOs, etc to screen people for correct racial views, correct political views, highly or well above average intelligence, screening out genetic defects, making sure kikes don't slip through the cracks, etc.

I believe that roughly 80% of the white race are pretty fucking worthless...and that's sad. I am a believer in the 80/20 rules where 80% of an group's productive output is created through 20% of the members. 80% is redundant. The whole reason men don't get married now is draconian child support laws. Having 30 kids would indebt the man into slavery. Lots of divorced men know this. Ask them.
If you change the child support laws to reasonable fixed figures per month instead of unlimited crazy numbers arbitrarily passed down by judges then men would have kids now.

That is where the screening/vetting process comes in, especially for women. You need to make sure some vindictive bitch doesn't come along and take advantage. Applicants would have to agree to be subjected to a sustainable background check, be very open about political views, views on men's rights, etc.

Divorce laws have destroyed marriage and child birth. Its why men don't want to get married. As long as those are the rules the marriage and procreation numbers don't be high enough.
Until alimony and child support are fixed numbers people know they can count on if a marriage goes bad men and increasing money earning women will continue to choose to live without childbirth and marriage.

The only real solution is a foreign country which allows cloning and or bought egg fertilization and artificial wombs to produce your offspring. Only that can do it in enough numbers. Sheep embryos have already been brought to birth weight in simple plastic wombs with nutrient baths. It turns out the embryo does most of the work and the wombs job is simply a container.
