Well it's obvious what you need to do, which is play their HR snowflake game. It sounds like you have a lot of room to request accomodations as well as file grievances. Rustle some jimmies under the guise of discrimination if that's what you perceive.

Disability discrimination is definitely a card any white person can still play. Also it's interesting that sometimes people find out they had a Syrian or Turkish grandmother from the immigration wave of 1880 which qualify them as a white minority.
Hear me out here. Im a christian, and as a christian i am a brother in christ. And since Christ was born in Babylonia, i am CLEARLY a minority, and share some heritage with Middle Eastern minorities
