On the one hand, rednecks are white people, and you cannot be racist against white people. On the other hand, red is a colour, so rednecks are partially coloured people. . I'm assuming this number as opposed to a larger neck from the average obese person since rednecks usually have to work for a living. Logically, if there was a word "racist" it would be something similar to "phobia" words (not the phobia words they use though). "racisim should be defined as "an irrational bias against a race or people of a specific race".
so using the correct definition it is not racist to be afraid of black people, especially ones 12-40 in age and male. It is not racist to say that jews are ruining the west, and that they are a danger to any host nation. BUT it is racist to blame europeans for things that they didn't do.
