You could pay each black adult $100,000 in the US to surrender citizenship and be net positive in only a few years. We currently spend one trillion dollars every three years to "integrate" blacks into America. That's 10,000,000 adults moved out of the country with a break even in three years. Given there are currently 48,000,000 blacks in America, I imagine only 10,000,000-15,000,000 of them are adults. In less than half a decade, a win-win situation can be created, which pays for itself. IMOHO, we need to work with an African country to repatriate Africas and put themselves back in charge of themselves. In Africa, a black could live a lifetime on $100,000. It would fix serious issues here while providing a significant influx of brain power (American/European blacks are the smartest on the planet), skills, and education back into Africa. Then, sink or swim is entirely up to them. No one to blame but themselves. It could even be provided as a stipend, ensuring they don't blow it all on hookers and coke the first week of arrival.
