Punch the lock through with a screwdriver and a hammer, they're usually just a simple mechanism that you can turn once the cylinder is destroyed. Sometimes it will just punch the whole lock mechanism through and you can turn the inner latch with a tool of some sort. Barring that, assuming it's a sedan, a crow or wrecking bar will do the job as well, if sloppy. Hatchback you just shatter the window.
