Sorry, I've never heard that voice before in other videos and do not know who it is or what other videos they've made.
It's possible that the speaker is one of the names shown at the very end:

I've searched those names listed before and got nothing. The guy narrating in this video is also featured briefly in the documentary "In The Name of Zion", starting around the 5 hour 20 minute mark... And heard this guy narrate 4 or 5 other documentaries I've seen before, but it's always been a reupload on someone else's channel. It's going to drive me nuts if I don't figure out who this guy is.
