It's not natural living in a city. You have less light. Less color. Less greenery. The quality of the air is lower. There are no natural bodies of water. Living in a city is like living in a fucking box.
Even the 'burbs are too high-density for me. I'd never go back to them, after getting a house in the country. Who cares how nice your house is, if you've got people you don't like living 20 feet away from you?
Aren't most cities built around natural bodies of water?
You have to navigate through the concrete and big box stores to find it, and when you do some low life has left a sofa in it.
In the downtown area.
More noise. That was a big one for me when I first moved to a city.
