no "biden" didn't do shit, it was the committee that runs the ercot group, which has too many jews on it (more then 0 is too many) clearly if you WERE paying attention at the time or to the timeline you would have seen ercot basically forcibly reduced output to create a shortage and issues, and then held increasing the output back up hostage until the spending cap was lifted
