I think titles can still be edited. You have to zoom in SUPER ULTRA amounts to see the single pixel that is the edit title link. And it's only active for like three seconds.

Something like that.

Use the pencil on the left side of the title (5 minutes window)

This may be a stupid question but I'm curious. Is there a reason for the 5 minute window on editing titles while there is no window for editing comments?
