That's awesome. I have been roasting for a couple years now. Started pan roasting, then I bought a cheap popcorn popper and have been using it ever since I refused to pay those crazy prices for a home roaster. I am currently roasting a bean from Costa Rica called red honey. Good luck! Enjoy!
Forgot to ping you in the other reply- here they are- how did I do?

Yeah! Not bad at all especially for a pan roast. I'm impressed. Is that a Columbian bean? Looks like a fully city or full city+ roast. I would say that is a great pan roast my friend.
Thanks, was fun, and smelled great. I suspect I may have burned them a bit, but I guess I won't know how it actually turned out until tomorrow.

Looks legit! I hope it smells and tastes legit too though.
Thanks. I had my doubts about how it turned out (thought I had burned it horribly), but I ground and brewed it yesterday and it was WAY better than I was expecting. Hardcore, no doubt, but full flavored and not bitter at all. Going to do another batch today.
