I would work for a Fortune 500 company, where a career path to the officer level would be virtually guaranteed. If there was the slightest delay or setback, I'd just move to a competitor and get the same or better treatment.

Big companies are so eager to hire even semi-competent Blacks, that just showing up regularly will guarantee stunning performance appraisals and regular promotions. Most roles will be super cushy ones with little real responsibility. And even if you fuck one up, they will move you on before anything bad really happens.

Black kids don't realize just how much the world is their oyster these days. They don't even have to be good to have the careers that white kids dream of. Just graduate high school, and organizations will be lined up to throw money at you to go to any college you want. The colleges will mollycoddle you, and provide whatever resources, for free, you need to graduate. Even up to administrators forcing professors to give you good grades. Get they sheepskin and you will have companies big and small lined up to give you a job in whatever capacity they want.

It wish my son would have such an easy and straightforward path to success. But, instead Democrats peddle the bullshit that Blcks are victims and can't get ahead in life. But, then again, successful self-sufficient people tend not to vote as reliably.
