I think I could do it. Big alliance and dominate in challenges until the merge. Loose a few challenges and then win the last 4 in a row . Then take one goat and one really annoying person with you at the end.
One thing I've noticed is the #1 thing lusted after and talked about after a reward is food. If I was doing it, I would do successive fasts until I could do 10 day fasts with no issue (3,5,7 then 10 day). I have actually done that before (up to 10 days). Not that you will fast on Survivor. But it gives you this control over your appetite and body and gives you a whole new level of self control and confidence. HIGHLY recommend it. You would be at another level than everyone else physically and mentally once the starvation takes its toll.
Also need to pack on like 40 pounds above your recommended average body weight so near the end you would be at around ideal body weight.
Yep that's pretty much it! Don't forget idols man! And NEVER NEVER trust any chicks! Especially the flirty ones. That always ends badly except for Boston Rob that one time where it did but it didn't.

Russel was great! He should have toned down the evil for evil's sake stuff and maybe he could have won. Like burning that guys's socks. He played one of the best strategic games ever IMO. Dude was an idol machine! Finding them before they even got any clues! That was the best! LOL!
