I, with 0 professional knowledge on the subject, would think that the only thing that you could accomplish is to put smaller farmers out of business who can't afford to not grow for a year. I'm sure the big time farms would just not go along with your plans since they're owned by large corporations.

Your better bet would be to poison something like kfc chicken sauce or grape drank, which would target exclusively niggers.

A lot of the crops are collateral on loans needed to plant the crops. If they just refused to borrow to plant they would not have income needed to pay rent of mortgage on the land and equipment, banks would take it over and immediately seek to restart production. Who owns those banks anyway?

The answer is not stopping production it is stopping delivery of goods. Grind up a few hundred miles of interstate highway and the cities will fall in days.
