I would say that is a fair enough analysis of what it looks like, especially if you go to reddit. In reality mostly it is just men who give honest analysis of human behaviour and getting young men to focus more on themselves. The young men end up usually with more self respect and being more picky with women and not chasing women as a hobby more just focusing on more important things. On the scale it is the based end of the communities who discuss women ( pua's, incel's, mra's, fa's et cetra being the cucked ones lol).
