I have many different kinds of dreams.

Some are just normal narrative dreams.

But a lot of the time I just lay in bed without being fully asleep and see what I can see. Entering a dream like state that way gives much more vivid imagery and enables other sensations like touch, smell, taste, etc..

There's also a stage of sleep where it's just a ton of conversations that are really hard to remember.

There's so much available in sleep, it's really hard to know what all is there to experience.

Perceived as the void, as the dissolved form of consciousness, when all beings are dissolved in sleep in the supreme Brahman, having swallowed the entire universe, the seer-poets call her the most glorious and the eldest, Dhumavati. She exists in the forms of sleep, lack of memory, illusion, and dullness in the creatures immersed in the illusion of the world, but among the yogis she becomes the power that destroys all thoughts, indeed Samadhi (death and liberation) itself. — Ganapati Muni, Uma Sahasram 38, pp. 13—14, [19]

Don't be too alarmed if reality breaks, you won't remember it anyway.

To anyone who doesn't know about it already, look into lucid dreaming. Learning how to realize you are in a dream and being able to do anything you want is extremely exhilarating.

How do you keep your boner from waking you up though?

I always do but can't always remember the details, last night I joined the navy had to train and exercise to go on a submarine but the interior of the ship was like a luxury hotel I was like thats weird why would a warship be so nice inside lol, dreams are weird.

I do this to fall asleep. I visualize something and make it realistic as possible and I slip into sleep seamlessly.

Keep a dream journal. Ive created poems, inventions and songs in my dreams and I write them down as soon as I wake up.

I have dreams where I'm building things. I have a repeating dream where I'm building a house. Each time I go back to the house, it's a little further along. In one dream, I was decoding a complex cypher, and had to go through these endless boring sequences of analysis. I was glad to wake up from that one. In another dream, I'm building an airplane and flying it.

Did you realize it's the same woman in both music videos?

It's Dhumavati inserting herself into our reality to invite us to see more outside of this little world.

Our reality isn't real in the sense that we think it is, we've tuned out most things to make this little semi static world.

The other day I dreamt that they made an experimental type of prosac for pets named prolast, then named the resulting personality disorders after classic snl cast members.

The last dream I recall I was floating above somewhere very much like 1990's USA in the afternoon. There was something really pleasant about it, but also really unnerving because it reminded me of the stress of my early childhood. I had a different body, or the outline of a body, a different person, in some ways maybe an upgrade, but I was a child, maybe 14.

If I could I would avoid ever being a child again.

One of the strangest most surreal dreams I can remember was awhile after one of my good freinds died. He brought me to the city in the sky to check out his new place in what seemed like an old folks home. When I started to realize that it was more of a halfway house to ease people into the afterlife I started to wander around a bit and some people had some really terrible accommodations with bright lights that wouldn't turn off and leaking pipes. Most people were completely uninterested with my presence and seemed generally shocked when I tried to communicate. The whole city had a weird grand theft auto vibe, very weird.

Yeah, the dreams after someone dies are interesting.

Did you ever notice in dreams that the people you meet are complete strangers, as in people you've never seen or met before? How does that happen, I wonder? How does your mind compose complete strangers and give them faces, behaviors, speech patterns? It's almost as though you are meeting in dreams real people who actually exist, but whom you've never met in waking life.

Many of them are, some don't have bodies.

I suspect I actually talk to most of you here in dreams.

Nicotine patches are great for instigating dreams. Last night's was banging a redhead hooker up the bum.

Doesn't your erection wake you up though?

When I start having a dream about something arousing, I can feel my erection moving under the covers and then I wake up.

I took remeron ( not sure spelling ) for sleep a few years back. I had the coolest most vivid dreams ! I was dreaming we were playing pool volley ball. I jumped up to spike the ball and flew up about 60 feet. Then I practiced a bit with jumping and found I could hover , then I found I could actually fly.

I also dreamed I could climb buildings and jump from building to building kinda like Spiderman. I also would dream one night , and continue the dream the next , and so on .

I should get a scrip for some remeron again , lol Thanks for bringing this memory back , it was so fun.

I have a recurring dream where I can fly by gliding over the floor. I start showing off for other people, but they completely ignore my floating glide step. Then I start to wonder in the dream if I'm really able to fly, or if I'm going insane and only think I can fly.

If I eat something really spicy before bed I seem to have vivid dreams. Although as I get older, the acid reflux outweighs the cool dreams.

What's weird though is I can read stuff in dreams. I've always heard that part of your brain doesn't function in sleep therefore you can't read stuff - but I certainly can. I've read full pages of books, completely made up books, that actually make sense. It's nuts.

Edit: HAHA some nigger downvoted me. What a worthless cunt.
