Well this contradicts other advice, but I would focus on increasing your fat intake, while maintaining good protein intake. Fat has more calories per gram, so a higher fat diet should allow you to eat more total calories without being oversatiated. Try to eat first thing in the morning. If you're not aleady lifting, look up a routine like Starting Strength or Greyskull 5x5.

[Aside: "Muscle weighs more than fat." But as long as you have good protein intake and are doing strength training, eating fat in your diet does not mean you will get fat.](#spoiler)
