How is no Justice no peace not a terroristic threat when talking about a situation where there was no injustice, where the threateners have already killed dozens? Arent they just promising to kill more people?

This trial becomes absurd when you realize they literally have to convict the other 3 cops in order to make the charges against Derek make sense. If you don't convict the other 3 cops then those 3 cops clearly were not standing by and watching a murder. So there was no murder.
