Shots or pellets? I did HRT a few years ago and it works really well. I breezed thru mental-pause. It’s a little expensive but worth it IMO. The pellets allowed for longer time in between visits, I’m sure things are even better now. My doctor scaled the doses, so if I wanted higher E or T It was cool. Of course it’s always up to your doctor.
Peak is an online company that does a blood test through the Mail and then prescribes, I think, shots. $45 for the test and $60-200 a month for therapy
If you want to feel like you are 17 again, go for it. Wish I had a script.
Why not get it then?
Lazy
Eat more meat
That’s gonna raise it
At a minimum:
•take Zinc •take Vit D •take Iodine •get your 8 hours sleep a night •stop drinking alcohol •stop smoking •eat more quality red meat (not chicken) •lay off or quit coffee altogether and eliminate any shitty supplementary androgenic chemicals. •use natural taurine or similar substance to boost energy •eliminate stress as much as possible •start lifting weights (like really genuinely get into deadlifts, benches, pull ups, push-ups, squats, short sprints) •stop masturbating completely •only genuinely sex the wife once a week or more if possible but not more than 4 times unless you're a beast but it seems like you're not. (if no wife, go get one or I can't recommend adultury being Christian and all) •get your prostate/balls checked up and make sure there isn't any problems because the balls is what produces the T
•Do as much natural stuff possible first and then if you still feel like a dweeb go get that trt shit. But just know that any external supplement of Testosterone is going to start telling your body to stop producing it altogether and that means that if you like the new trt you, you'll be on it for the rest of your life. Good luck mate, it's a hard world out there but you can do it. I had low T and fixed it with the above methods, no trt needed!
When you get older, your testosterone levels drop naturally. It's Mother Nature, doing her job. You don't need to take anything, you need to face the fact that you're not 21 any more, and will never be 21 again.
I’m gonna pass on this lil tidbit of dumbness
I'm taking Rad140
