I eat mainly animal protein, no grain, some dairy (all from raw milk), simple vegetable dishes, and little fruit. But I'm fighting genetic predisposition for diabetes. It takes fewer acres for animals than grain and anyway grain isn't healthy.
See I've heard diary is bad? How do you get raw milk?
Legal in my state. Funny, I'm not bothered by the supposed lactose allergy I have as long as it's raw milk products. Goat milk products are good. All locally produced in my county.
Check your state, some ban it outright but others allow dairy share programs with local farms.
Think about that last part you wrote. What do you think they are feeding the animals? It’s not just grass.
Grass fed animals are a thing and highly recommended for this very reason. It sure as hell is not cheap and won't be now that the elites intend us to live on soy
All the meat, etc I buy is grass-fed. We also hunt and fish.
