So agriculture depleats the soil of nutrients.

What is the proper way to eat? Vegan? Carnivore?

How do you feed a lot of people with crops and not ruin the soil?

"How do you feed a lot of people with crops and not ruin the soil?"

That's what crop rotation is for. Change what grows where, and when. This has been known for centuries if not longer.

He needs to look up companion gardening, crop rotation, and using things like alfalfa as “green” fertilizer. As in the plant is green and replaces nutrients that other plants need.

I eat mainly animal protein, no grain, some dairy (all from raw milk), simple vegetable dishes, and little fruit. But I'm fighting genetic predisposition for diabetes. It takes fewer acres for animals than grain and anyway grain isn't healthy.

See I've heard diary is bad? How do you get raw milk?

Legal in my state. Funny, I'm not bothered by the supposed lactose allergy I have as long as it's raw milk products. Goat milk products are good. All locally produced in my county.

Check your state, some ban it outright but others allow dairy share programs with local farms.

Think about that last part you wrote. What do you think they are feeding the animals? It’s not just grass.

Grass fed animals are a thing and highly recommended for this very reason. It sure as hell is not cheap and won't be now that the elites intend us to live on soy

All the meat, etc I buy is grass-fed. We also hunt and fish.

Nutrients can be replenished in a myriad of ways. Nevertheless, a proper diet would be one highly deficient in carbohydrates with the exception of leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables. This is because eating the many foods that compromise insulin sensitivity result in several symptoms, among them includes ravenous, continuous hunger, leading to our ongoing staggering obesity rates.

If this is not corrected, expect to factor in overfeeding.

sugar , grains seem to cause inflammation

We've been eating grain for thousands of years. Trust me, it's safe. However, allergic reactions can develop to common foods due to what has been put into vaccination shots over the decades. Peanuts are a good example. Allergies to peanuts developed because of a peanut derivative used in vaccines. That being said, if you are white, your body likes grains. It likes milk and butter and cheese. It likes eggs and red meat.

Everyone is a fucking expert when it comes to diet. The body can take care of itself. It knows what it needs, if you listen to it. Just eat a variety of different foods, and pay attention to what agrees with you. Moderation is the key to everything in life, as the ancient Greeks wrote. Avoid fads, such as the vitamin fad, the vegan fad, the meatless fad, the all-meat fad, the raw vegie fad, the berries and twigs fad. Avoid processed, artificial foods -- cook your own food at home. See, I'm an expert on diet, too. Everybody is.

farmers rotate the field they use to grow crops. cattle farmers rotate the fields they use to feed their cattle and usually buy bales of hay from grain farmers after harvest to feed the cattle in the winter. they know what they are doing.
