Turn on the stove, gpu (not the whole pc) turns off.

I understand high draw appliances like a microwave or toaster can steal power from something, but never heard of a stove doing it.

Anyone know why this is happening? Need a bigger psu?

Cheapest I could get lol. 2nd cheapest actually. Got a 600 for 25 on amazon and it failed 2 days in. Gonna get a ups and look into a new psu for good measure.

Going cheap on the PSU is one of the stupidest thing you could do, just being honest. Easiest way to fry all the parts you spent more on, lower life span, and not being able to match upgrades.

I hear ya. Good advice not to skimp on it. Ill look for a decent one around the 70 - 80 range.

That could be the issue. The really cheap ones tend to have pretty dirty output which usually gets worse under load.

A good 600 should be fine, but an 850 or similar would be better i think. But quality over quantity. I used to basically derate the cheap ones by about 50%
