A sustainable social model that solves sickly children born from dying wombs, the shame of abandoning our elderly at the end of their lives, loss of intergenerational knowledge, mitigates the proliferation of degeneracy and deviancy by having a track to fulfilment from youth, reduces economic waste and inefficiency, restores traditional gender roles and each subsequent generation would reinforce them as dysgenic features decline making stronger men, as resources are conserved through efficiency wealth is generated leading to the average young man being physically and economically more attractive meaning a greater commitment from his wife and more likelihood of marrying young. To make this all easier pre built home expansions and permits would need to be more available and we are already begining to de-urbanize I would suggest ~4 acres to build your home on, call it sub rural; room to expand the home, land to grow food to save money and keep the retired active and contributing, space to set up a small store front or workshop/robotic "sweatshop" gender segregating schools makes community and social functions like church and cultural events more important for finding a mate which means higher attendance and a deeper cultural bond, technology has room to flourish but tradition will reassert itself as a stabilizing force in society, greater independence from government for your survival needs.
