As much as I would like to force the issue the process would have to be gradual but the american public is highly susceptible to propaganda, cold war style PSAs and this new yet old family structure would be normalized through TV the big leap is coming up with safe inexpensive ways to expand a home turning a bedroom into an apartment without compromising the rest of the structure. I think creative solutions exist.
As to the problem of poor parents there is no quick fix but yet again the basics of childrearing could be taught in schools, it wont solve anything in a flash but reducing family life problems and giving people the power to find a better way, a more intact family would appeal to many who live in our current upheaval.
Many things could be made better over night if the right people had power but certain problems run deep and that's what this is about undoing the damage of previous upheavals society never fully recovered from, weak or incompetent parents says to me either mental deficiency or a chain of woe going back to a case of fatherlessness probably as a result of a war, a disease, or dangerous work.
The longer we can pursue this more stable family life, the more of these problems we can correct.
A tax exempt org for family reform is a nice idea but I'd be putting a massive target on my back saying: "look here kikes, I'm ruining all your efforts, heres my home address, come get me." I think I'll produce my manifesto, essentially a text to rival the learned elders of zion.
You would have to stop stuff like the abuse my Grandfather brought upon my father and his brothers. My Grandpa died when I was six years old so I never got to know him. It was said he was very abusive to my father and his brothers.
I would still start an org and this is part of what it would do. It would get America to accept this new system of living.
