I have a long list of reforms to implement. But those involving women and their rationale would be thus:

The rationale of these reforms is to produce stronger family units which have more resources, stability, wisdom, and wealth to pass on to future generations the foundation of society is the family unit, the cornerstone holding family up is a well bonded husband and wife who will not divorce or fall apart, scientific research proves the single greatest factor indicating successful marriage is virginity, not prolonged chastity, just virginity. This whole plan is accompanied by a reform of education and demography such that niggers and kikes would need to be out or on their way out and the education reforms would actually make grades 5 through 8 educational and not unhelpful busy work to keep niggers off the street I could get the equivalent of 4 year college degree and 3 year apprenticeship in a trade into the average 20 year old boy giving him a higher education and a fall back trade or a trade to earn capitol to fund a business he got the higher education to operate and become a full doctor at least 2 years earlier, likely as much as 6 years earlier if his advisors allow his apprentice work to be used to get patient hours. All this means women's role in society is enhanced to compliment their natural instincts and talents and their most anti social weaknesses are sidestepped entirely as a malleable young woman conforms to her husband's needs and his family in multi generational housing keeps a fire lit under his ass to either bring in enough to make a new wing for his growing family or to move out and become more independent all while saving money as he establishes himself in the world and having a safe environment to start a family with experts in parenting on call and in his golden years a built in age gap in his marriage means his wife and children can care for him in his last years instead of being dumped in a home and his wife wont be alone when he's gone, the new head of the house will have his family care for her until her time comes.

A sustainable social model that solves sickly children born from dying wombs, the shame of abandoning our elderly at the end of their lives, loss of intergenerational knowledge, mitigates the proliferation of degeneracy and deviancy by having a track to fulfilment from youth, reduces economic waste and inefficiency, restores traditional gender roles and each subsequent generation would reinforce them as dysgenic features decline making stronger men, as resources are conserved through efficiency wealth is generated leading to the average young man being physically and economically more attractive meaning a greater commitment from his wife and more likelihood of marrying young. The benefits are cyclical and practically unending.

To make this all easier pre built home expansions and permits would need to be more available and we are already begining to de-urbanize I would suggest ~4 acres to build your home on, call it sub rural; room to expand the home, land to grow food to save money and keep the retired active and contributing, space to set up a small store front or workshop/robotic "sweatshop" gender segregating schools makes community and social functions like church and cultural events more important for finding a mate which means higher attendance and a deeper cultural bond, technology has room to flourish but tradition will reassert itself as a stabilizing force in society, greater independence from government for your survival needs.
