I get this sometimes. I have always been very intuitive, and always listened to my gut. Even my family and friends admit there is something to my "prophetic" feelings. It could be anything friend, from a bad day to a massive FF, idek... Don't dwell on it. Accept that you feel something is off and move on. There is nothing you can do about it and you will make yourself sick trying to figure it out.
