Tech support will suck mostly. The control panel is important. If you're using Windows hosting, make sure they support .Net core. They're all going to hit you up for upgrade fees for things like SQL server, bandwidth, multiple domains, etc.
For $20/month, you're going to be stuck with shared hosting.
