I think it's more than reasonable he lives and more than reasonable he dies - during his term. It's so close but it's not like it's anything immediate. I dunno. My mother worked hospice for a long time and she saw people with dementia live into their 80s and 90s. It's not unheard of, rare, but not like HOLY FUCK. Plus he will have the absolute best medical care that is possible.
