To 's spot on point, the first few weeks were a fucking mess. Poal wasn't a echo-chamber shithole, but too many goats (not all, or even most) after complaining about commiefornians moving to a nice place and shitting it up for half a decade, moved here and tried to do the same. "Yeah I know that the place I came from was a burned down echo-chamber, but you guys should change your stable community with all of our bad ideas."
Significantly more rude people. More low effort posts, crazy amounts of spam, more inappropriate down votes in a day than I saw in over a year here.
Because of the general influx of negativity, rudeness, anger and hostility from the voat refugees, people here are now more apt to react negatively, or assume a negative intention when there isn't one.
"jews are responsible for every bad thing that ever happened" posts went from 3-4% to 20% which is kinda a bummer. The topic gets old. Overuse of the word "nigger". I'm guilty of this too, but shoehorning the word in where it doesn't belong is just virtue signaling.
On the bright side there is much more content and interaction. Previously I felt that i had to go to other sights if I wanted all the news, now it seems much more optional. I like seeing goat friends, and miss the ones who didn't migrate like CognitiveDissident5 and Sir_Ebral
Plus, you get MaroonSaint asking for pics of your dick all the time, which make one feel warm and fuzzy.
Yeah it's funny because normally that sort of behavior would be reviled, but nearly everyone seems ok with 's cheeky shenanigans.
