Cant provide the image, but can easily narrow the search for one.

"And to think that I saw it on mulbery street" is the title.

Basically a call and response book, where the author sees a thing, and is commenting that he saw it on mulbery streeet.

One of the many things seen on mulberry street is a chinaman. Im told the illustration is considered racist. But as the diceman said, chinaman is a nickname for a chink. Oh dear, mr clay is mysogynistic racist, sexist homophobic and makes medically innacurate jokes

That's why they have to ban the books. Otherwise, people could have a look and would be surprized that there is nothing there there. Same with the banning of conservative voices, most people who believe that YouTube, Twitter and Facebook ban Nazis have never actually read what was said.
