I've used YTD for years, which was great. But now they screwed it up trying to sell their pay version. I an't fault them for that I suppose, but I prefer free when there's generally many good alternatives available. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I use 4k video downloader app on Linux. Not great, but works.

On my Android device, I use NewPipe. It is fantastic.

This thing is great. Do you know how to bookmark a playlist? That's the only thing I haven't been able to figure out. For now I go into the youtube playlist and share it with my app.

You can bookmark it in the app by selecting the playlist and hitting the plus sign in the top right corner.
